摘要
建立了带霍尔位置传感器的无刷直流电机仿真模型,利用仿真模型仿真电机常见的包括电机本体、逆变器及位置传感器在内的三类故障。仿真结果采用样机作了实验证实,并在理论上对各个故障仿真结果进行了详细分析。其结论对进一步提高无刷直流电机的故障诊断水平及提高电机的可靠性具有一定指导意义。
In this paper, the simulink model of the brushless DC motor with Hall position sensor was instablished. Based on the simulation model, three kinds of failures of the BLDCM including the failures of the motor, the inverter and the position sensor, were simulated respectively. The simulation results were validated by the experiment on the prototype machine. In addition, the detailed theoretical analysis of these failure simulation results are given, which is beneficial for the improvement of the diagnosis of the failures and the reliability of the BLDCM.
