摘要
腹膜透析是治疗肾衰竭疾病的重要手段。设计了智能腹膜透析仪阀门控制系统,控制透析过程中注液和排液。系统由DSP主控制器、红外对射传感器、步进电机及驱动器、流速控制拨码开关等部分组成。根据智能腹膜透析仪中央处理器发送来的信号,DSP的事件管理器结合拨码开关和红外对射传感器控制步进电机准确开启/关闭阀门,控制药液和废液流量,达到透析目的。系统响应速度快,定位准确,实际应用效果良好,可供家庭使用。
Peritoneal dialysis, is an important approach to the treatmen to frenal failure diseases. In this paper a system basing on TMS320LF2407A DSP and photoelectric sensor for controlling the valves of intelligent peritoneal dialysis instrument developed by authors is proposed. The system is used to control infuseing medication and letting waste of the dialysis. The system includes DSP controller, infrared sensor, stepping motor and its driver, code switch for controlling velocity of flow, peremptorily stopping button and so on. By the signal from the CPU, EV of the DSP uniting the code switch and the infrared sensor controls the stepping motor to open or close the valve.
