循环经济发展与企业经济行为——基于三种循环耦合的角度

The Development of the Circular Economy and Economic Action of Corporation

根据我国所处的发展阶段、资源情况和战略目标,发展循环经济是必要的,也是必然的,但是对于发展循环经济的主体——企业而言,则不能仅从资源环境的角度要求其考虑经济活动的社会后果,还必须从实施效率的角度进行成本-收益分析,达到发展循环经济的同时实现各企业经济的正常循环。基于这个角度分析认为,经济系统内的物质循环、价值循环与信息循环的耦合,是实现循环经济系统内经济循环的必要条件,同时也是构筑企业发展循环经济的内在动力机制。

It is necessary and inevitable to promote circulation economy based on current development phase, resources and economic growth strategy in China. However, corporations-the actors of promoting circulation economy, should consider the costreturn of implementing circulation economy so that various corporations＇ businesses can go through at the same time, rather than just care about the environmental consequences of economic activities. In this sense, this paper argues that the interaction among physical, value and informational circulations is essential to carry out economic circulation within the system of circulation economy, and to shape the driving force of promoting circulation economy as well.
