战略管理视角的产业集群能力构建分析

Analysis on Building the Capability of Industrial Cluster from the View of Strategic Management

产业集群能力的强弱直接关系到地区经济的发展。在战略管理视角下对产业集群能力的研究主要基于产业集群的整体组织的特性、整体特性的集群具有共同战略以及在共同战略下的产业集群具有整体能力的3个方面。同时产业集群能力主要由资源要素能力、网络结构能力、环境制度能力以及创新能力4个层次构建。

The capability of industry duster has a direct bearing on economic development in the areas. Analysis on building the capability of industry cluster from the view of strategic management has been based on the ability of industry cluster,the overall properties of clusters with a common strategy and overall capacity in the industrial clusters with a common strategy. The capabilities of industry cluster hae been built by the resource capacity,the network structure capacity,the environmental instiutional capacity and the innovative ability.
