摘要 文章首先介绍了基于FPGA和DSP的带校正系统的电缆绞车原理,在分析了深度测量不准确的因素的基础上,运用具有丰富硬件资源的FPGA和高速DSP技术给出了深度校正的设计原理以及深度校正的算法和实现流程,最后通过仿真结果验证了校正算法的正确性。 Cable-logging system is usually used to determine the depth of downhole logging equipment by measuring the displacement of the cable.The measurement of the depth has important guiding significance to the exploitation of the oil and gas.However,in the course of the actual operation,because optical encoder jitter,transmission cables skid,roll wear,as well as other factors,can lead to inaccurate measurement of depth,which directly affects the correction of other log information.This paper firstly introduces cable winch principle with correction system based on the FPGA and DSP,then analyzes the influence of inaccurate measurement and gives out the depth correction algorithms and the implementation process based on FPGA&DSP technology.Finally,the simulation results demonstrate the correctness of the correction algorithm.
