对确定的品种,织造难度主要应从是否有利于开清梭口,减少经纱断头两方面衡量,可用公式定量地表述为上浆难度和上机织造难度,从企业科学决策,有的放矢地制定工艺方案出发,对客户来样及企业自主研发的品种的织造难度及诸多影响因素做了前瞻性的预测评价与分析。

For the known fabric, the weaving difficulties depend on whether it is favorable to clean the shedding and decrease the warp breakages, which can be quantitatively shown in the formula as sizing difficulty and weaving difficulty. Based on facilitating scientific decision making of the enterprise and purposefully making process plan, the prospective predictions, assessments and analysis were made according to many influencing elements as well as weaving difficulties of samples provided by customers and fabric developed by the enterprises.
