灾害风险防范数据库的设计与开发

Design and development of database for disaster risk governance

针对灾害风险防范数据管理的特点,开展了灾害风险防范数据库设计与开发方法的研究,在此基础上以SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库管理系统,建立了一个灾害风险防范数据库。数据库主要包括地面观测数据库、灾害信息数据库、遥感图像信息数据库和地理信息数据库等4个子库。通过需求分析、概念设计、逻辑设计和物理设计,以Visual Basic 6.0作为开发工具,编程实现了在人机交互的友好界面上对数据进行快速检索、统计、添加、修改、删除、导入和导出等操作。此数据库的开发一方面为灾害风险防范提供了基础平台,另一方面也可为数据库技术在灾害风险防范领域的应用提供参考。

This article makes a study on the method of the design and development of the database for risk governance of disaster, considering its special characteristic. And it creates a database for risk governance of disaster on the basis of this study, with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database management system （DBMS）. This database includes four subsidiary databases： the database of ground observation, the database of disaster information, the database of remote sensing image, and the database of geographic information. After the demands of customers were analyzed, the functions of database were prearranged, and the concept, logic, and physic structure were designed. Based on the tool of Visual Basic 6.0, the au：hors accomplished a lot of basic operation of data management, such as fast retrieval, statistics, modification, deletion, input, output, and so on. The development of this DBMS provides a platform for risk governance of disaster, and a example for the application of database in the field of risk governance of disaster.
