摘要
为建设高素质师资队伍,新建本科院校制定了引进人才发展战略,出台了各种优惠政策和措施,为引进人才工作提供了良好的政策环境和舆论氛围.但是,经过几年的引进实践,也暴露出了一些问题.文章拟从经济学的视角,对人才引进进行定量分析,揭示其内在规律,并提出相应的对策.
For the purpose of high-quality teachers,new undergraduate colleges not only set up development strategies but also introduce various preferential policies and measures. They manage to provide a good policy environment and public opinion atmosphere to attract talent. However, several years of practice exposes couples of problems, This article tries to make a quantitative analysis on the introduction of talent in new colleges from the economic perspective, as well as to reveal its inherent laws, and to make appropriate policy.
