摘要
成人高等教育为我国高等教育由精英时代迈入大众化时代做出了卓越贡献.进入大众化时期后,受到大众化特点的影响和制约,成人高等教育必将面临相应的变革:由传统的学历教育转向岗位培训,并着力于教学质量的提高.
Adult higher education plays an important role in the process when higher education in our country has shifted its educatees from elite-oriented to mass-oriented. After the popularization of higher education,affected by its characteristics,adult higher education inevitably faces a corresponding innovation.adopting on-the-job training instead of academic qualification,and improving the teaching quality.
