摘要
以漆酚基乳化剂(UE)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)混合体系为乳化剂,将天然生漆水基化,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热分析(TG)等手段表征水基化生漆(RLE)涂膜.结果表明,水基化生漆膜具有优良的耐化学腐蚀性及耐热性,其物理机械性能与天然生漆相似.
Waterborne raw lacquer was prepared by mixed emulsifier urushiol-based emulsifier(UE) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA). The structure and mechanical property of the RLE coating film were examined by SEM,TG etc. The results show that the film had excellent resistance against chemical media and thermo-stability, and mechanical properties of film was similar to raw lacquer.
