南水北调中线工程供水区缺水状况

Water shortage status in service area of Middle Route Project for S-N Water Transfer

为了配合南水北调工程论证审查工作，进一步研究中线供水范围尤其是京、津、冀地区的缺水情况，长江委组织沿线京、津、冀、豫４省市对中线供水范围内的水资源供需关系，采用较新资料（各省、市制定的国民经济和社会发展计划及纲要，以及水的中长期供求计划等）进行复核。在复核中充分考虑了技术进步、产业结构调整、节水措施、污水回用以及水资源合理调配等各种因素。

In order to prepare the examination of the South-North Water Transfer Project justification, and further investigate water shortage status in service region of the Middle Route Project, especially in Capital Beijing、Tianjin city、Hebei and Henan provinces, the Changjiang Water Resources Commission organized the administrations of the four areas to review the relation between supply and demand of water resources in service region by the newer data (national economic and social development plans and outlines, and mid-long term water supply plans etc., drawn up by related admininstrations). In the study, the technology improvement, industrial structure adjustment, water saving measures, sewage purification and rational allocation of water resources were fully considered.
