摘要
"十五"以来,河南省高等教育的发展实现了历史性的跨越,但仍存在一些问题,如办学规模不大,办学水平和教学质量有待提高,教育经费投入不足,高校毕业生就业矛盾突出等。针对这些问题进行思考,并提出今后河南省高等教育发展的思路及对策。
Since Tenth Five-year Plan, the higher education in Henan Province has realized its historical development. However, there exist some problems such as the educational scale, the management and teaching quality, educational fund, and the graduates＇ employment. This paper investigates these problems and puts forward new ideas and counter-measures for it.
