摘要 "三结合、双协同"教育实习模式以优化高师人才培养方式为目标,通过高师院校、教育行政部门、实习基地学校共建实习基地,高校教师与中小学教师协同指导教育实习的措施,推动了高师教育由封闭走向开放,从根本上解决了高师生实习难的问题,全面提升了高师生的教师职业技能,为培养创新型师资进行了有益的尝试。 The teaching practice model of "three-in-one combination and two-way coordination"sets its goal to optimize the way of teacher training in colleges through the measures that teachers' colleges, educational administrative institutions and teacher training sehools together to set up training bases to guide teaehing praetiee by the coordination of colleges and middle schools. This pushes the teacher education from closed type to open model which settles the tough problem of college students teaching practice once and for all and promotes their professional skills of teaching to higher level. The exploration is really useful for training teachers of innovation.
