摘要 Based on the phase equilibrium calculation of the Ti-Al-N ternary system, the interfacial reactions and the phase formation sequences between different types of joints, (Ti matrix)/(AlN particles), (Ti particles)/(AlN plate), and (Ti plate)/(AlN plate), were analyzed theoretically under the reported experimental conditions, Different phase formation sequences for the three kinds of Ti/AlN joints were obtained, It proved that the different phase sequences of both the phase formation sequences and the apparent spatial phase sequences are dominated by the relative amounts and the distribution of the two pairs in the diffusion couples, The theoretical prediction can explain the experimental observations well.
