摘要 采用柠檬酸钠作为吸收剂,在填有拉稀环的管式反应器中,对模拟甲苯废气进行去除试验,分别研究了吸收剂浓度、废气浓度对甲苯去除率的影响,试验结果表明,柠檬酸钠浓度的增高可以提高溶剂的吸收效率,废气浓度越高,吸收效果越好,但是超过一定浓度后,吸收效果反而降低,并进行正交实验找到了最佳工艺参数条件。 Sodium citrate is used as absorbent of tuluene in the tubular reactor that is full of ceramics rings, making a test for the removal of simulate tuluene, studying on density of absorbent and density of polluted air that affect the removal ratio of toluene. Experiment's result indicates that the density of absorbent increase can raise the absorption efficiency ,the polluted gas density is higher, absorption efficiency is better, while absorption efficiency is lower on the contrary after exceeding a certain density. It is found out the best parameter condition in orthogonal experiment.
