摘要
[目的]评价灭螺效果,彻底消灭垸内钉螺,有效控制血吸虫病疫情。[方法]2003~2005年,武汉市东西湖区对有螺渠道采取水泥管道、水泥预制板U型板镶嵌硬化,对大堤内压基平台有螺防护林采取分期分批毁林土方填埋的综合措施,并于2006年进行效果评价。[结果]2003年有螺面积为11.67万m^2,经采取综合防治措施,硬化6处有螺渠道,灭光钉螺面积7.47万m^2;毁林填埋3处,灭光钉螺面积4.07万m^2;药物灭光1处,灭光钉螺面积0.06万m^2。共计灭光钉螺面积11.60万m^2,比2001年下降了97.72%。[结论]硬化有螺渠道和毁林填埋灭螺方法是一种环保型的有效灭螺方法。
[Objective]To evaluate the effect on snail killing , eradicate snail completely, effectively control the epidemic of schistosomiasis. [Methods]Comprehensive measures were taken in snail spread areas, construction with cement and filling up with soil where trees were destroyed. Evaluation on the effect was conducted in 2006. [Results]Snail was found within the area of 116 700 m^2 in 2003. After comprehensive measures were taken, 6 irrigation ditches where were was snails were reconstructed with cement ,snails eradication area was 74 700 m^2. Trees in 3 places were destroyed and filled with soils, snail eradication area accounted for 40 700 m^2. Snails were completely eradicated in 1 place with the snail eradication area of 600 m^2. The snails in the area of 116 000 m^2 were eradicated,the snails dropped 97.72% than that in 2001, [Conclusion]Reconstruction irrigation ditch and filling up with soil after destroying trees are the effective measures in snail eradication with environmental protection.
