2006年沈阳市沈河区预防接种人员现状调查

Investigation on Medical Workers Responsible for Immunization in Shenhe District,Shenyang in 2006

[目的]了解沈河区预防接种人员年龄、学历、职称及业务水平的现状。[方法]对全区预防接种人员进行问卷调查。[结果]预防接种人员管辖的人口配置比例相差悬殊,40岁以上占75.47%,中高级职称占56.60%,基本的免疫知识、技能操作有24.53%不够熟练,不会电脑打字者占64.15%。[结论]严守预防接种者的准入制度,保持接种队伍的相对稳定,加强专业知识及相关技能的培训以适应新形势下卫生保健的需求。

[Objective] To understand the age, educational level, title of professional post and professional skill of the medical workers responsible for immunization. [Methods]Questionnaire was conducted for the target people in the whole district. [Results]Medical workers responsible for immunization were not well distributed, the workers aged over 40 accounted for 75.47%. Doctor and consulting doctor accounted for 56.60%. 24.53% of them can not master the basic immunology knowledge and can not skillfully operate it, 64.15 % of them can not use computer correctly. [Conclusion]Training on professional skill must be strengthened for medical workers responsible for immunization, which must remain stable, in order to meet the requirement of health care.
