深圳市部分更年期门诊患者相关症状调查

An Investigation on Related Symptoms among Climacteric Outpatients in Shenzhen

[目的]了解更年期妇女相关症状，为今后更有针对性地开展围绝经期预防保健工作提供依据。[方法]2006年6月至2007年10月。对在深圳市人民医院更年期门诊就诊的150例40~60岁患者进行问卷调查。[结果]调查150例，自述潮热、出汗的占30．00％，失眠占44，67％，心烦易激动占33．33％，疲乏占46．67％。骨关节肌肉痛占51．33％，性欲下降占33．33％，阴道干燥、性交痛占22．67％，抑郁占27．33％。[结论]更年期妇女的主要相关症状依次为骨关节肌肉痛、疲乏、失眠、心烦易激动、性欲下降。

[Objective]To understand the related symptoms among climacteric outpatients, provide scientific basis for preventive health care at pausimenia stage. [Methods]Questionnaire was conducted for 150 climacteric outpatients aged 40-60 from June 2006 to October 2007. [Results]Of the 150 cases investigated, 30.00% of the climacteric outpatients complained of hectic fever and perspiration, insomnia accounted for 44.67 %, dysphoria and agitation accounted for 33.33%, fatigue accounted for 46.67 % ,joint and muscular pain accounted for 51.33%, hypaphrodisia accounted for 33.33%, vagina dryness with pain of sexual intercourse accounted for 22.67 % and depression accounted for 27.33 %. [Conclusion]The primary symptoms of climacteric women are joint and muscular pain, fatigue,insomnia, dysphoria and agitation, hypaphro- disia respectively.
