2001～2005年正阳县结核病防治规划中期执行情况评价

Evaluation on the Implementation of TB Control Program in Zhengyang County from 2001 to 2005

[目的]了解我县贯彻落实《规划》及执行现代结核病控制策略的情况，总结经验，发现问题，为下一阶段结核病控制工作提供科学依据。[方法]对正阳县2001～2005年《规划》执行情况进行分析。[结果]2001～2005年，合计接诊8618例可疑症状者，疑似肺结核病人平均转诊率为88．56％；发现活动性肺结核2583例，其中涂阳病人1163例，新发涂阳病人799例，涂阳病人平均登记率为31．32／10万；免费治疗和管理涂阳病人l163例，初治和复治涂阳病人平均治愈率分别为91.99％、79．79％；涂阳病人2、3个月末平均转阴率初治分别为90．34％、91.49％，复治分别为76．60％、78．19％。[结论]正阳县结核病防治规划如期完成了中期目标，传染性肺结核病人的发现率和治愈率逐年提高。

[Objective]To understand the implementation of “TB Control Program” in Zhengyang county, sum up experience, discover problems, provide scientific basis for TB control and prevention in the next stage. [Methods]Analysis of the implementation of “TB control program” from 2001 to 2005 in Zhengyang county was conducted. [Results]Total 8 618 suspected patients were diagnosed from 2001 to 2005. The average transfer treatment rate of the suspected TB patients was 88.56 %. 2 583 active TB patients were conformed, of them 1 163 patients were smear positive. 199 patients were new smear positive. The average record rate of the new smear positive patients was 31.32/100 000.1 163 smear positive patients were treated with free of charge. The average cure rate of initial treated and retreated smear positive patients was 91.99 % and 79.79 % respectively. The negative conversion rate among initial treated and retreated smear positive patients was 90.34%,91.49% and 76.60% ,78. 19% after 2 and 3 months treatment. [Conclusion]The mid-term target of “TB control program” had been accomplished according to schedule . The detection and cure rate of infectious TB patients increased year after year.
