摘要
基于Pb2+对CaAl2O4:Eu2+,Nd3+纳米颗粒的荧光猝灭作用,建立了用琼脂溶液来固定CaAl2O4:Eu2+,Nd3+纳米颗粒并用于测定水中微量Pb2+的荧光分析新方法.在pH=3.0的条件下,测定的荧光最大激发波长和发射波长分别为328nm和440nm,测定Pb2+浓度的线性范围为6.0×10-6mol·L-1~8.0×10-4mol·L-1,回收率为97.7%~107.0%.该方法用于水中Pb2+的测定,结果满意.
A new and sensitive method for determining trace Pb^2+ was developed by using well dispersed CaAl2O4 :Eu^2+, Nd^3+ Eu^2 + nanoparticles in an agar solution. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of CaAl2O4 : , Nd^3+ nanoparticles were 328 nm and 440 nm, respectively. The method showed good linear response in the range from 6.0× 10^ -6 -8.0 × 10 ^-4 mol · L- Pb^2+ with recovery of 97.7% - 107.0% ,showing a good potential in application.
