In the view of unique ecological system in the lower mountains in the Horqin Grassland in Inner Mongolia, this paper analyzes the environment impact from the reconstruction project from Tubxin to Hulongol Section in the National Trunk Highway No. 304, and discusses how to do a work in environmental protection in all phases including the highway planning, the design, the construction and the operation after built.
