摘要
为了确保我国北方地区既有居住建筑节能改造顺利进行,必须全方位、多渠道地筹集资金。但是,既有居住建筑节能改造存在着严重的外部性,导致投融资市场无法有效地配置资源。本文运用经济学原理,在借鉴德国、波兰等国家既有居住建筑节能改造投融资模式的基础上,提出了分阶段的既有居住建筑节能改造投融资模式。
in order to put the energy-efficiency renovation for existing residential buildings in northern areas into practice successfully, we must raise money as much as possible. Externalities of energy-efficiency renovation for existing residential buildings lead the investment and financing market to failure. By utilizing economic method and theory, and consulting investment and financing models of Germany and Poland, this paper proposes investment and financing models in different phases.
