兔抗灭多威多克隆抗体的制备 被引量:3

摘要 根据灭多威结构特征将其改造成的新半抗原,分别与牛血清蛋白(BSA)和卵清蛋白(OVA)共价偶联作为免疫原和包被原进行抗体制备及ELISA试验,抗血清效价达2.56×10^5。建立了间接竞争ELISA方法并优化了工作条件,方阵测定确定了包被抗原最佳浓度为10μg/ml,抗血清最佳稀释度为1∶51 200,建立了ELISA标准工作曲线,表明在50-5 000 ng/ml浓度范围内抑制率与灭多威浓度的对数值呈线性关系,检测限为100 ng/ml。
