颧部褐青色痣号性激素相关性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 颧部褐青色痣(nevus fusco-ceruleus zygomaticus.NFZ)的发病机制至今未明,本病97%为女性,雌、雄及孕激素在NFZ发病中是否起作用,目前尚不清楚。我们拟通过对NFZ患者和正常人群性激素水平比较,以及对颧部褐青色痣及蓝痣组织中性激素受体表达水平的研究,探讨性激素及性激素受体在颧部褐青色痣形成和发展过程中的调控作用,以进一步阐明颧部褐青色痣的发病机制,为临床预防、治疗本病或判断预后提供理论依据。
