摘要
本文论述了企业资产继续使用，企业资产转让，企业资产更新，企业资产技术改造与嫁接和企业兼并与合资经营等方案的经济评价与决策方法，从而为企业资产的有效使用、优化配置和重组提供了科学决策依据。
This paper studies methods of evaluation and decision for continuous use, possession transfer, replacement, technological innovation and graft, merger and joint operation of firms assets in order that the basis of scientific decision for efficient use, optimal allocation and reconstruction of firms assets is provided.
