摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测异位内膜、在位内膜和正常子宫内膜组织中VEGF的表达。结果:①VEGF在3组内膜的腺体及间质细胞中均有表达,主要定位于细胞浆。异位内膜、在位内膜VEGF阳性率高于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05),异位内膜与在位内膜相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05);②VEGF的阳性表达无周期性变化。结论:异位内膜组织中VEGF的过度表达与异位内膜组织的血管生成密切相关,VEGF在子宫内膜异位症的发生中发挥作用。 Objective: To investigate the role of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis (EMs) . Methods: A total of 60 specimens of endometriosis and 30 specimens of the normal controls were evaluated by immunohistolngical technique with polyclonal antibody against VEGF . Results: The expression levels of VEGF in ectopic and eutopic endometrium tissues was significantly higher than that in the normal endometrium (P 〈0. 001 ). Compared with eutopic endometrium, the expression of VEGF in ectopic endometrium showed no significance (P 〉 0. 05). No cyclic variation was observed in ectopic and normal endometrium. However, VEGF content was found to be higher in ectopic endometrium during secretory phase than that during proliferative phase. Conclusion: VEGF was over expressed in endometriotic tissues. There was the closed relationship between VEGF and endometriosis angiogenesis. VEGF could play an important role in the progression of endometriosis.
