抗生素联合中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块64例疗效观察

Analysis of the efficacy of 64 cases with pelvic inflammation mass treated by antibiotics combined with enema by Chinese herbs

目的:观察抗生素联合中药灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块的疗效。方法:选择64例盆腔炎性包块患者,随机分为2组治疗,治疗组在抗生素治疗的基础上采用中药灌肠辅助治疗,对照组只用抗生素单一治疗,观察对比两组疗效。结果:两种方法治疗2个疗程后,治疗组治愈率为75%,对照组治愈率为53%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:抗生素联合中药灌肠对治疗盆腔炎性包块有显著疗效,因中药灌肠可加快局部血液循环提高药物在病灶浓度,从而有效提高抗生素治疗效果,提高治愈率。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of curing the pelvic inflammation mass with antibiotics combined enema by Chinese herbs. Methods： Six - four patients with pelvic inflammation mass were randomly divided into two groups, Group A received antibiotics therapy and enema by Chinese herbs, Group B （control） received antibiotics only. Results： The cure rate of group A was 75% and the group B was 53% individually （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： There is remarkably effective in curing pelvic inflammation mass by antibiotics combined enema by Chinese herbs, this method can improve the cure rate because enema by Chinese herbs can improve the local blood circulation and enhance the concentration of drugs in the pelvic inflammation mass.
