摘要
本文着重从路网整体出发，考虑不同建设项目对路网结构和交通运行质量的影响，建立了一套较为完善的建设项目技术评价指标体系。并根据公路项目的特点，运用系统工程的基本理论，提出了采用双基点评价法，对建设项目进行综合技术评价。利用这些方法。
Proceeding from the whole highway network and considering each project's influence on the highway structure and transport quality, this paper established a construction project technical evaluation index system. Based on the speciality of highway construction projects, using the principles of system engineering, this paper suggests the Double Point evaluation method for the comprehensive technical evaluation of the highway construction projects.Using this method, we can distinguish the different technical effects of the construction projects.
