摘要
采用双向电泳-质谱分析技术,比较分析了水稻在接种白叶枯病菌(Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae)1、4、8、24、72h后蛋白质表达谱的差异。通过比较接种白叶枯病菌和对照之间、接种不同白叶枯病菌生理小种之间的表达差异,鉴定了72个差异表达的抗病相关蛋白点,对其中部分点的蛋白质进行了电离子喷雾二级质谱学分析鉴定,确定了11个抗病反应中差异表达的蛋白质。
The protein expression profile during rice-Xanthornonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) interaction by using a two-dimensional electrophoresis-mass spectrometry strategy was analyzed. Proteins were extracted from rice leaves at 1, 4, 8, 48, and 72 hours after Xoo inoculation. Seventy-two differentially expressed protein spots were identified by comparing the expression profiles of proteins from Xoo- and mock-inoculated plants revealed by two-dimensional electrophoresis. Further analysis using electrospray ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry revealed the property of 11 of the 72 differentially expressed proteins. These results provide basis for further studying the molecular mechanism of rice disease resistance.
