核转录因子在肝细胞凋亡中的作用研究进展

摘要 细胞凋亡在组织的分化、发展和正常平衡的维持中发挥重要作用。同样,肝细胞凋亡在肝脏免疫细胞介导的细胞毒作用、化学药物或毒物作用、病毒性疾病及自身免疫性疾病等病理损害中也具有重要作用。肝细胞凋亡与调控是目前治疗肝脏疾病研究热点。
