摘要 1 病历摘要 1.1病史 患者女，29岁，河南农民。因双股骨骨折、血肌酐升高1个月于2007年4月24日至我院就诊。患者于2007年3月在当地因第2胎、第2产行剖宫产术后出现意识丧失、四肢抽搐，发作2次，平均每次持续1min。予地西泮等对症处理后出现双下肢乏力。骨盆X线摄片示双股骨头下骨折（图1，见封四），血肌酐为189.2μmol／L，
