从热轧辊的工作要求及受力状态出发,分析了它的弯曲变形规律及常用补偿方法。主要介绍了"中凸法"及"轴线偏转法"的原理、优点及缺点。介绍了同时采用这两种挠度补偿方法的效果及应有的调整方法。
This text explains job of the rolls, its load state and the bend distortion, calculate and analyses compensate principium of the drum form roller and axes defluxion, its function and localization. The article also introduces design rule for associate with both compensate step and the adjust method.
