摘要
分析了真空挤出机挤泥装置的构成及其对所处理的泥料具有输送、搅拌、混合均匀并挤压成形为具有一定形状尺寸、致密度较高、机械强度较好、含水率较低及表面光洁的砖瓦坯体等作用。论述了减少或消除砖瓦坯体成形时,泥料流速不均匀、发热及颗粒的定向排列等缺陷应采取的防护措施,从而获得高质量的砖瓦坯体。
The paper describes the structure of extrusion system of vacuum extruder and its effect on conveying and mixing of raw material, and size, density, mechanical strength and water content of products, etc. And shows some precautions against different flow velocity of mixture, and defects of heat and particle arrange, etc. so as to ensure the product quality.
