摘要
[目的]为调控土壤pH值减缓酸铝对水稻生长发育及产量的影响提供依据。[方法]在不同pH值条件下用不同浓度的酸铝溶液进行浸种和水稻幼苗胁迫,研究酸铝毒害对水稻种子萌发及根系生长的影响。[结果]不同浓度的酸铝溶液对水稻种子萌发的影响很小。低pH值条件下,高浓度的酸铝溶液的毒害作用增强,对水稻幼苗的伤害明显加重,植株的根系生物量显著下降;较高pH值条件下,由于活性铝仍处在较低水平,酸铝溶液的毒害作用明显减弱,对水稻幼苗伤害较小。在相同pH值条件下,高浓度的酸铝胁迫对水稻幼苗根系生长的抑制作用较强。[结论]随着pH值的降低,酸铝溶液对水稻幼苗根系生长的抑制作用显著增强。
[Objective] The purpose of the study was to supply basis for slowing the influences of acid-Al on the growth and yield of rice through regulating the pH value of soil. [Method] Under different pH values, the acid-Al solutions at different concn, were used in seed soaking and the stress of rice seedlings so as to study the influences of acid-Al poison on the seed germination and root growth of rice. [Result] The influences of acid-Al solutions at different concn, on the seed germination of rice were very little. Under low pH value, the poisoning effect of acid-Al solution at high concn, increased, its damage on rice seedlings aggravated significantly and the root biomass of the plant decreased siguificantly. Under higher pH value, because the active Al was also at lower level, the poisoning effect of acid-Al solution weakened significantly and its damage on rice seedlings was less. Under the same pH value, the inhibition effect of stress with acid-Al at high concn, on the root growth of rice seedlings was stronger. [Conclusion] As pH value decreased, the inhibition effect of acid-Al solution on the root growth of rice seedlings increased significantly.
