摘要 [目的]研究不同处理对野葛种子萌发特性的影响,探讨可有效提高野葛种子萌发率的措施。[方法]采用擦破种皮、浓硫酸浸泡、温水浸泡、热水浸泡、不同浓度硝酸钾溶液浸种和高锰酸钾溶液浸种来处理野葛种子,在25℃恒温培养箱内催芽,每处理3次重复。[结果]30 mmol/L的硝酸钾溶液浸泡野葛种子芽率最高,其次为温水浸种和20 mmol/L的硝酸钾溶液浸种处理;温水浸种处理能有效提高种子发芽势和发芽指数,增加种子活力;与对照相比,各处理均降低了野葛种子的硬实率,但以摩擦种皮和浓硫酸浸种处理为佳。[结论]适宜浓度的硝酸钾溶液浸种是提高野葛种子萌发率的有效措施。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the influences of different treatments on germination characteristics of Pueraria lobata and discuss the effective measure to enhance the germination rate of Pueraria lobata. [Method] The seeds of Pueraria lobata treated by different measures such as rubbing broken seed capsule, seed-soaklng and so on, and germinated in incubator with 25℃. Each measures was treated by 3 duplications. [Result] The germination rate was the highest when the concentration of potassium nitrate was 30 mmol/L, the next was at 30 mmol/L. Seed-soaking by warm water was more effective to enhance germination force and index than other treatments, and increased seed activity of Pueraria lobata. Compared with CK, all treatments decreased hard rate by different degree, but the ways of rubbing and soaking by concentrated sulfuric acid were most effective. [Conclusion] The measure of seed-soaking by potassium nitrate of 30 mmol/L was more effective to increase germination rate of Pueraria lobata than the others.
