海藻肥对小油菜生物量和中微量元素含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]为合理开发和利用海藻提取物提供依据。[方法]采用盆栽试验,以挪威和国产海藻提取物作为海藻肥,按500和1 000倍2种浓度的稀释液分别对小油菜进行浇灌,以蒸馏水作为对照,油菜收获后测定其生物量和Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg营养元素的含量。[结果]浇施海藻稀释液对油菜生物量均有一定的提高,2种浓度的挪威海藻提取物分别比对照增产27.57%和25.51%,国产海藻提取物分别比对照增加11.11%和8.23%;浇施海藻稀释液可促进小油菜对营养元素的吸收,对一些中、微量元素影响较大,增加了油菜中Ca、Fe、Cu、Zn含量,降低Mg含量,对Mn含量影响不大。[结论]2种海藻提取物均可促进小油菜的生长,对油菜的营养元素构成均有明显改善和提高。 [Objective] This study aimed to provide the basis for reasonable development and utilization of seaweed extracts. [Method] In pot experiment, with the distilled water as CK, the seaweed extracts from Norway and China were taken as seaweed fertilizers, their liquids in dilution of 500 and 1000 times were irrigated on small rape and the biomass and nutrients (Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Ca, Mg) of harvested rape were measured. [Result] Irrigating the seaweed extracts dilution could increase the blomass of small rape. Compared with control, two kinds of dilution eonen, of seaweed extracts from Norway increased the rape yield by 27.57% and 25.51% and that from China increased by 11.11% and 8.23%. Irrigating seaweed extracts dilution could promote the nutrient adsorption by small rape, which effected middle-trace elements greater, increased the content of Cu,Fe,Zn,Ca in rape, decreased Mg content in rape, and had little effect on Mn.[Conclusion]Two seaweed extracts could promote the growth of small rape and had significant improvement on the nutrient composition in small rape.
