牛磺酸对黄河鲤鱼饲料消化率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究牛磺酸对黄河鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)饲料消化率的影响。[方法]选用体重121 g左右的黄河鲤鱼450尾,随机分为5个处理组,每组90尾,设3个重复,每个重复30尾,在日粮中添加0、400、800、1 200、1 600 mg/kg的牛磺酸,以0 mg/kg添加组为对照组,试验期56 d。[结果]牛磺酸提高了黄河鲤鱼饲料中干物质、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的消化率,但对粗纤维消化率的影响不显著;添加适宜牛磺酸(800~1 200 mg/kg)能显著提高干物质、粗蛋白和粗脂肪的消化率(P<0.05)。[结论]黄河鲤鱼饲料中牛磺酸的最适添加量为800mg/kg。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the nutritional effects of taurine on feed digestive rate in Cyprinus carpio. [Method] 450 carps with about 121 g body weight were feed with diets adding taurine (0,400,800,1 200,1 600 mg/kg, respectively). Carps were randomly divided into treatments which contained 3 replicates and 30 carps for each replicate. The basal diet which was added 0 mg/kg was used as control group, and the experiment period was 56-day long. [Resuh] The results showed that the food added taurine could improve the digest rate of dried material, crude protein and crude fat, but the effect had no significant difference on the digest rate of crude fiber. The food added taurine(from 800 mg/kg to 1 200 mg/kg) could improve the digest rate of dried material, crude protein and crude fat ( P〈 0.05) . [Conclusion] The optimum dietary taurine level to carps was 800 mg/kg.
