摘要
[目的]研究铁棍山药水溶性粗多糖的提取工艺。[方法]以总多糖含量为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,经正交试验优化了山药水溶性粗多糖的提取工艺条件,并对提取的粗多糖进行了初步纯化。[结果]最适工艺条件为12∶0的料水比、100℃提取3 h,在浓度90%乙醇体系中沉淀;该条件下的总糖含量达到了1.40%。[结论]该研究可为铁棍山药的深入研究与开发提供参考。
[Objective] The test was carried out to study the extraction technology of water-soluble crude polysaccharide from Dioscorea opposita Thunh.cv.Tiegun. [Method] Taking total polysaccharide content as investigation index, on the basis of single factor test, extraction technology condition of water-soluble crude polysaceharide from Dioscorea opposita Thunb.cv.Tiegun was optimized by orthogonal test. The extracting crude polysaccharide was purified preliminarily. [Result] The optimum technology condition was 1:20 material-water ratio, extracting under 100℃ for 3 h and settling under 90% ethanol system. The total polysaecharide content reached 1.40% under the former situation. [Conclusion] This study offered references for the further research and development of Dioscorea opposita Thunh.cv.Tiegun.
