摘蕾打顶与多效唑处理对桔梗生长性状及总皂甙含量的影响 被引量:16

摘要 [目的]研究摘蕾打顶和多效唑对桔梗产量和质量的影响。[方法]采用行距20 cm、播深1 cm、播种量1 kg/hm2进行条播,观察花蕾期摘蕾打顶和开花盛期、第2年生长旺盛期喷多效唑,与不摘蕾打顶、不喷多效唑对照,以桔梗生物学性状、产量、桔梗总皂甙含量为指标,计算增产百分率。[结果]多效唑能有效抑制桔梗生殖生长,矮化植株,使植株增粗,减少倒伏,同时促进地下根增粗,提高有效成分含量,增加产量。[结论]喷多效唑能提高桔梗产量和有效成分含量。 [Objective] This paper aimed to study the effect of topping and paclobutrazol treatment on yield and quality of Platycodon grandiflorus. [Method] Platycodon grandiflorus was sown with 20 cm distance, 1 cm depth and 1 kg/hm^2 sowing amount. Topping in bud stage and blooming stage were observed. Paclobutrazol was sprayed in growth stage of two -year old plant. Taking treatment without topping and paclobutrazol as the control, yield percentage was calculated with biological traits, yields, and total saponin in Platycodon grandiflorus as the indices. [Result] Saponin could effectively restrain the the growth of Platycodon grandiflorus and dwarf plant, widen the plant diameter and reduce lodging, meanwhile, improve the growth of under-ground roots, effective component content and yields. [Conclusion] yields and effective component content of Platycodon grandiflorus could be improved by spraying paclobutrazol.
