摘要
阐述了我国城市防洪的几个特点,同时对由水文特性变化和社会经济发展所引起的城市防洪变化趋势进行了分析。
Several characteristics of urban flood control were elaborated. Meanwhile, the changing trends of urban flood control caused by hydrological characteristic change and social economic development were analyzed.
