摘要
介绍矿井提升微机控制系统设计方案及其工作原理。该系统是在原TKD电控系统的基础上,以速度环为主,电流环起监测保护作用的双闭环控制系统实现控制的。该系统的打点信号和深度指示均采用数字显示电路,同时增加了上行排道、松绳等保护。
This paper prasents the plan and principle of the mining hoist microcomputer control system,which bases on the originalTKD and oonsists of two circuits with speed and current doubled closed loops.This system works well.In addition, the digital circnits areused in the pit shaft signal and depth indicator ,and the protection of the derailment and the rope loosen are added on the basis of the old reserve protection.
