2006年青海省青藏铁路格拉段沿线鼠疫监测报告

Surveillance of Plague along Golmud-Lhasa Section of Qinghai-Tibet Railway in 2006

目的通过对青藏铁路格拉段青海省境内沿线鼠疫监测,及时发现并处理动物鼠疫疫情,严防动物鼠疫波及人间,确保青藏铁路建设施工和试运营的正常进行。方法在西大滩、二道沟、开心岭地区设置3个固定监测点,在西宁至开心岭青藏铁路沿线设置1个流动监测队,按照《青藏铁路鼠疫防治技术方案》实施监测工作。结果2006年监测总面积达5 900 km2,收集可检材料835份,分离到鼠疫菌1株,监测到犬阳性血清12份。结论2006年青藏铁路沿线动物鼠疫仍处于活动期,青藏铁路沿线鼠疫防治任务仍十分艰巨。

Methods We set up three stable teams at Xidatan, and Kaixinling and one mobile team from Xining to Kaixinling to monitor plague according to Technological Scheme of Plague Control Along Qinghai - Tibet Railway. Results In 2006, total areas of 5 900 km^2 were surveyed and there were 835 materials collected with 1 strain of Yersina pestis isolated and 12 positive sera of dogs obtained. Conclusions The epidemic situation of is still active along Qinghai - Tibet Railway in 2006. The task of plague control and prevention is still hard.
