基体强度对水泥基复合材料纤维混杂效应的影响 被引量:12

摘要 混杂纤维对提高砂浆和混凝土等水泥基复合材料的强度和韧性存在一定的混杂效应。通过试验研究了基体强度对纤维混杂效应的影响。结果表明,基体的强度越高则混杂纤维的增强混杂效应越小,而纤维的增韧混杂效应基本不受基体强度的影响。基于细观断裂力学和层次结构的观点探讨了基体强度对纤维混杂效应的影响机理,为利用混杂效应强化、韧化水泥基复合材料提供理论和试验依据。 There existence certain hybrid effect of strength and toughness of hybrid fibers reinforced cementitious composites (HFRCC) such as mortar and concrete.The influence of matrix strength on fiber hybrid effect was investigated.The results indicated that, fiber strengthen hybrid effect is lower with higher strength matrix,but fracture toughness hybrid effect is not so intensity to matrix strength.The influence mechanics of matrix strength on fiber hybrid effect is discussed based on mecro-fracture mechanical and level structure of composite materials.The theory and experiment basis are proposed to make full use of fiber hybrid effect to strengthen and toughing cementitious composites
