Investigations of influence factor on compatibility between concrete plasticizers and cement

从水泥生产的角度讨论了引起水泥混凝土外加剂适应性问题的因素,包括熟料中C3A、f-CaO含量、LSF及窑内气氛等;通过调整窑头用煤量、分解炉用煤量、废气中O2含量及分解炉出口压力等参数,跟踪研究了窑内气氛对水泥与外加剂适应性的影响。

The causes leading to the incompatibility between concrete plasticizers and cement were discussed from the course of cement production, which considerations included quantity of C3A, f-CaO in the cement clinker, LSF and atmosphere within kilns.The effects of atmosphere within kilns on compatibility between concrete plasticizers and cement were investigated by adjusting parameters such as coaling of kiln and decomposing furnace, exit pressures of decomposing furnace and the O2 concentration in exhausted gas.
