摘要
进行了建筑砂浆复合外加剂的研制及其性能研究。复合外加剂研制的基本思路是首先研制出性能符合要求的砂浆稠化粉,然后用砂浆稠化粉复合引气剂进行复合外加剂的研究。试验结果表明:采用复合外加剂不仅可以解决砂浆稠化粉的亏方问题,而且对砂浆的适应性好,不论哪个等级的砂浆,掺10 kg/m3均可以得到和易性、力学性能、耐久性具佳的砂浆。与稠化粉和塑化剂相比较,施工容易,成本低廉。
Compound additives of construction mortar (CACM) and its performance are studied in this paper.Basic idea of CACM is that thickening powder of mortar must be researched and developed in advance.Then air entrainer and thickening powder are combined to get compound effects in construction mortar.Tests results show that CACM can not only overcome the lack volume of mortar with thickening powder, but also be well suited to mortars of different strength grade.The dosage of CACM is only 10 kg/m^3,workability,mechanical performance and durability of mortar can be greatly improved.Comparing to the thickening powder and plasticizer of mortar, CACM have more advantages such as better workability and lower cost.
