摘要 有效的生产控制系统对企业的生产具有重大意义,CONWIP作为一种新型的准时化生产控制系统正引起人们的极大重视。本文讨论了CONWIP系统,并通过仿真分析对某冷轧厂的CONWIP系统和原有系统进行了对比。结果表明CONWIP是一种有效的生产控制系统,在保证生产线具有较高通过率和作业率的同时,降低了生产线的在制品数量、库存数量和库存费用。 Effective production control system is essential to the production of enterprise.Recently,a new production control system called CONWIP has received a great deal of attention of researchers.In this paper,we discuss the CONWIP system and give the comparision analysis of CONWIP system and original system of a cool rolling plant with simulation.Simulation results show that the CONWIP system is an effective production control system,holding high throughput and utilization and decreasing the work in process level,inventory level and inventory cost of the production line.
