轧机液压弯辊直接广义预测控制研究

Direct GPC for Hydraulic Bending Roll Control of Mill

摘要 针对轧机液压弯辊板形控制系统滞后、非线性和时变等特性,提出了一种基于直接广义预测控制(DGPC)的液压弯辊板形控制方案。该方法直接辨识广义预测控制器参数,即基于广义误差估计值对控制器参数θu和广义误差估计值中的未知向量θe进行自适应调整。仿真结果验证了此方法的有效性。 To solve the problem of hydraulic roll-bending control, a new control method based on direct generalized predictive control(DGPC) was proposed. It elementary solved the systems delay , nonlinearity and time variability. In DGPC the controller parameters θu and the unknown vectors θe in the estimation of generalized error are adjusted adaptively based on estimation of generalized error. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.
