摘要
在板带钢冷轧过程中,带钢在产生厚度方向和长度方向的变形的同时也有横向变形产生,带钢横向变形的存在影响了带钢板廓与平坦度间的转化关系。针对带钢轧制过程中金属横向变形对带钢板形的影响问题,通过建立辊系轧件一体化仿真模型对带钢轧制过程中的横向变形分布及其对平坦度影响规律进行了仿真研究,取得了对实际生产有意义的结论。
Cross deformation generate with deformation of thickness direction and longitudinal direction during cold rolling, which influence the relationship between gauge and flatness of steel strip. In this paper, distribution of cross deformation and it's effect to flatness is researched through establishing of integrative simulating model, conclusion is gotten which is meaningful in practice.
