基于矢量控制的矿井提升机起动下坠现象的研究

Research on Sudden Falling Phenomenon of Mine Hoister under Induction Motor Based on Vector Control

摘要 在分析矿井提升机矢量控制的原理和数学模型的基础上,提出了提升机产生下坠现象的原因及危害。通过saber软件仿真,得出了影响提升机下坠的因素,并提出了相应的解决方案,即采用复合控制策略。仿真结果表明,此方案可减轻乃至消除提升机下坠现象。 The origin and harm of mine hoister's sudden falling phenomenon were proposed based on the analyse of vector control's theory and mathematics model . Factors which affect sudden falling phenomenon were got by software simulation with SABER. In order to overcome the sudden falling phenomenon, some countermeasures were put forward. The result of computer simulation shows that this scheme will greatly lessen and even eliminate mine hoister's sudden falling phenomenon.
