摘要
使用ANSYS软件对电机传动轴和电机底座建立有限元模型,通过模态分析得到改造前后电机传动轴和电机底座的各阶振型和固有频率。利用SKF掌上分析仪和MicrovibP振动分析软件,对各规格及不同转速下的电机振动加速度和频率进行采集。通过模态分析的结论和现场实测数据对比分析找出了振动的原因。
The structure simplification and the theoretical analysis were made on main transmission system of the rolling mills, Profiting by the experience on electromotor vibration, the spots which may cause the unusual vibration of the main electromotor are discovered . Using the SKF portable vibration meter and Microvib P vibration analysis software, the acceleration and the frequency of main electromotor under various specifications or at different rotational speeds were measured, Comparing the conclusion of the model analysis with this data, the reasons of the electromotor vibration were found.
